It's not that the rest of the world doesn't matter. It's not that other friends don't exist or that they aren't important. But everyone needs some privacy from time to time. Elijah, he had to get alone in a cave before he heard God's still small voice. Paul, he met with the Ephesian elders for prayer and good-byes before his final trip to Rome.
